Saturday, April 26: Spring Fling Festival

Join us on Saturday, April 26, for a celebration of spring at the Edible Schoolyard Project Stockton Community Farm. This free, family-friendly event will be packed with seasonal hands-on activities. Release ladybugs into the garden, and browse our book exchange—bring a gently used book and discover a new favorite, whether it’s a cookbook, a gardening guide, or a children’s story. Enjoy a live cooking demo with delicious samples, take home fresh organic produce from our CSA program, and get creative with art-making and interactive games.

In addition to free compost for home gardeners, we’re introducing a plant-clippings swap. Bring cuttings from houseplants, flowers, or vegetables, and trade them with fellow green-thumbed community members. There will be wellness booths offering valuable health resources for the whole family. Pack a snack and a picnic blanket—we’ve got plenty of green space where little ones can roam. We can’t wait to welcome you!
