Benefit Dinner at Chez Panisse
Join us for a special dinner at Chez Panisse to celebrate Heath Ceramics' 75th anniversary!
Welcome by chef, activist, and author Alice Waters with Heath owners Catherine Bailey & Robin Petravic
Proceeds from the evening benefit The Edible Schoolyard Project. $600/person includes dinner with wine pairings by Beaune Imports
To commemorate 75 years in business, Heath Ceramics is taking every opportunity to celebrate the friendships that make California's craft community so vibrant. For nearly two decades, Heath Ceramics and Chez Panisse have collaborated through a co-designed dinnerware line, and their ongoing support of The Edible Schoolyard Project. Founded by Alice Waters in 1995, ESY continues to inspire and support edible education programming for students and educators around the world.
Every guest will be automatically entered into a drawing to win one of 16 hand-thrown prototypes from the Heath Chez Panisse line development, and all guests will go home with a special gift from Heath.
